Reintroduce Checkboxes to System Selection and Build Data Flow
System Selection and Build Data Flow pages in a Business Process Record now have checkboxes to allow users to select and delete multiple items at once.
Note that since the last release, one no longer selects a checkbox to enable an item, but rather one needs to click the “Add” button.
Character Limit Removed in Hub
The previous character limit in Hub records fields of 1024 has been removed.
This will help avoid data being cut off when using the integration module to migrate data from Assessment Manager to Data Inventory Hub.
The fields where limits were removed are as follows:
- Name
- Description
- Notes
- Attachments > Notes
- Security & Retention > Others
- Custom Fields – Paragraph Text Field
- Custom Fields – Single Line Text
Shortcut to Open Inventory Records
It is now possible to navigate directly to the System Data Inventory Record via shortcut links. This is possible from both the System Selection and Build Data Flow pages in a Business Process Record and should save some time navigating to these records.
