New columns and filters

It’s now possible to add a “Created by” or “Last updated by” column to any of the Hub list pages, as well as filters to sort by who created or last updated records.

CSV Exports for Data Inventory Records Now Include Extra Fields

The following additional fields are now included in the CSV Exports of DIH Records:

  • Date Created
  • Date Updated
  • Created By
  • Last Updated By
  • Location Country* —  Consolidated into one column (separated by colons for countries and tildes for states)
  • Risk — Rule risk
  • Assessments — ID’s of associated assessments
  • IT System ID — ID’s of system records
  • External Datasource — Third party migration Source
  • External Identifier — Third party migration ID
