Feature Details
Ability to customize Article 30 Report
Customize what data shows in the Article 30 Report by clicking Customize Data.

Select what areas should be visible in the report such as sections, fields, or columns in a table by toggling the visibility icon.

New Processors section added which will show a section with the names of Organizations that are Processors. This is disabled by default, but one can use the toggle to make it visible.

Choose where contact information should come from, which is displayed in the report.

Select Save as Default (1) to save your settings for future downloads of the report. This will only adjust the settings for you and only applies to specific BP records.
Click Download (2) to download a print-friendly PDF with page breaks, or download the Article 30 report without page breaks.

New comments column and other comments improvements
Quickly view the latest comments on Business Process Records by adding the “Comments” column on the BP Records List Page.

Hover over the Comment to view the full text of the comment as well as mark it “read” or “unread” (1).

You can click View all comments (2) to open up the comments panel from the BP records list page, and then sort the comments by newest to oldest or oldest to newest (3).

Consolidate system locations in business process record’s Flow Chart if data sent and received is the same
When data sent and being received from the location node of a system is the same for all locations of that system, then we will consolidate to one system now. This will make it easier to view the flowchart and show it in reports.
Here you will see a system with one node for all its six locations.

Where there are differences in what is sent/received from one location node to another for that system, the flowchart will automatically reflect an unconsolidated view to represent those changes.

CSV Exports of Business Process Records shows if there are attachments
Attachments column for BP records was added indicating if that record has an attachment. This can help with record management.
Name and Ellipsis columns fixed when scrolling horizontally
On Hub list pages, when there are more columns than fit on the page, one can scroll to the right to see additional columns while the Name and Ellipsis (Action) columns remain fixed.

Set Email Reminder for Forms created from Smart URL
One can now set an email notification reminder for the Business Process forms generated using using a Smart URL.
For example, if one configures the due date to be 15 days from the time of when the form is created using smart URL, and the email notification is set to one week before, then the assignees on the form will get a reminder one week before due date to make their updates and submit the form.
