Feature Details
Custom Location Groups
When setting locations in the Hub, you now have a capability to reduce the amount of time spent on selections by creating your own location groups.
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings (1) > Location Groups (2).
2. Click Add New, and then create your own group to designate a set of countries as well as states/provinces.
When adding a data subject during the business process record creation, for example, you can quickly select your location group and select all to quickly select the countries needed.
Quickly Selecting EEA / EU Countries
You can now also select all EEA or EU countries to save time in selecting countries.
Ability to Download Flowchart or Map Image
You can now download a PNG image of the Flowchart or Global map.
Depending on where you are zoomed in, the download will save that portion of the image.
1. From the Build Data Flow page, click Flowchart View or Map View, and then click the Download button.
2. Save the file.
3. Open the saved image in PNG file format.
Use mouse or keyboard to Zoom or Pan in Flowchart or Map
You can now use a keyboard or mouse to quickly zoom or pan in the Flowchart or Global Map.
Keyboard
- Use + or – keys to Zoom out or Zoom in
- Arrow keys to pan up/down or left/right
Mouse
- Use scroll wheel or similar feature on mouse to zoom in or out
- Hold left mouse button while moving around to pan up/down or left/right
Prevent Adding Existing System in Form
When sending a Business Process Form, you can now configure it so users can create Systems but they cannot select from existing Systems. This can be helpful if you have vendors or others who should not see all the existing systems.
A form owner can still pre-populate the form with a system.
And if one is sending a form for an existing record, the existing systems on the record will still show up in the form.
Notice on Smart URL can include Rich Text
When setting up the Smart URL for creation of a Business Process Form, you can now include rich text which will show up on the new business process page.
Removed Scrolling Between Systems in BP Form
The ability to scroll between systems in the System Selection and Build Data Flow pages in a Form has been removed to reduce complexity and bugs.
You can now click Previous System or Next System to maneuver between systems.
