View Data Flow Chart and Map from Business Process Form and BP Questionnaire Survey
Users can now view the Data Flowchart and Map from the Business Process Form or Questionnaire Survey.
To view the Data Flow Chart or Map from a Business Process Form:
1. Navigate to the Business Process Forms page.

2. Select a form, go to the Build Data Flow tab (1), and then click either Flowchart View or Map View (2).

Users will also be able to view the Data Flow Chart or Map from the BP Questionnaire Survey by opening the BP Questionnaire Survey link, configuring the System Records, then navigating to the Build Data Flow section of the navigation. Similar to the BP Form, the BP Questionnaire Survey also contains two buttons, Flowchart View and Map View, which can be used to view these visuals.

When users click on the Flowchart View button, a pop-up modal will display showing the flow chart. Users can zoom in, out, pan and export the image from the pop-up.

When users click Map View button, a pop-up modal will display showing the map. Users can zoom in, out, pan and export the image from the pop-up.

Adjust Width of Columns on List Pages
Users can now adjust the width of columns on the Data Inventory, Business Process, BP Form and BP Template list pages, making it easier to read information within the column. Note that column width adjustments will persist each time the user logs into the application.
To adjust column width, hover your cursor over the column divider within the column header section. A column width icon will appear, indicating that you can click and drag the column to expand it.
