CSV Export for Business Process Forms
You now have the ability to export Business Process Form information into a .csv export file.
To access this feature, you need to navigate to Data Inventory Hub > Settings > BP Forms.
From this page, you can select the records which you would like to export the information for by selecting the checkbox to the left of the record and selecting the Download button. Once the button is selected, a menu will appear prompting you to select either Download All Forms or Download Selected.
Next, then you will receive an email with a link to the download. Once you click the link, you will be redirected to the platform and the download will begin.
Add Data Transfer Mechanisms to Article 30 Reports and Business Process CSV Export
Under the “Business Process Activity” section of the Article 30 and Article 30 Processor reports, a new field has been added titled “Mechanism used for International Transfer”. If there is a data transfer in the Risk Profile, then a list of Data Transfer Mechanisms will be listed in this section.
You will also see this information included on the CSV export for Business Process Records. Users can export this information by navigating to the Business Process Record tab, selecting the records which they would like to export and clicking the download button. They will receive an email link and, when clicked, the download will initiate.
Within the download, there is a column header titled “Data Transfer Mechanisms”.
Persist Column Sorting on List Pages
An update has been made to the column sorting behavior on the all Data Inventory Hub listview pages, so that when you log in at a later time, the sort selections that you previously made will persist.
