Feature Details
Ability to add unlimited contacts to inventory records
Navigation
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon (1), and then select Data Inventory (2).

2. Click Add New, and then select New System or New Company Affiliate.

3. From the Details tab, go to the Contacts section.
Update
Previously, users were limited to only adding three contacts to an inventory record. This limitation has been removed from the system and company affiliate records allowing users to add unlimited contacts.

Improvements to business process templates
Navigation
From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then navigate to Settings > BP Templates.

Update
Added a stepper component to the business process template setup, making it easier for users to understand what steps need to be taken to configure the business process template.

Users can see linked business process records and forms by clicking the link in the upper right corner, which will trigger a pop-up modal to display listing the linked records.

Updated Content Standard Usage Modal to Include Automation Rules
Navigation
From Data Inventory Hub icon > Settings, select any custom content standard, and then click the unlink icon.

Update
Automation Rules can contain custom content standards, such as data elements, processing purposes, data subject types, data recipient types and data subject volume. Users can manage where custom content standards are used by navigating to a custom content standard page and clicking the ‘link’ button under actions, which will trigger a pop-up modal to display.

On this pop-up modal, a new tab “Rules” has been added, which lists any rules that are using this content standard. Users can click the garbage icon next to any Automation Rule name and remove the content standard from being used in that rule.
