Feature Details
Bulk Delete Within Hub Tables
Benefit
Allows you to easily and quickly remove multiple items from tables within Business Process Records (Template 3) or Business Process Record Questionnaire Survey. Note that this feature has already been added to the other Hub tables (see the release note of the previous release for more information).
Navigation
Data Inventory Hub > Business Processes > Add New > New Business Process (Template 3)

Using Bulk Delete
1. From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the Data Inventory Hub icon, and then select Business Processes.

2. Click Add New, and then select New Business Process.
3. Select Simple Business Process Template without System Selection or Build Data Flow (Type 3), and then click Continue.

4. In the upper-right corner of the Controllers & Processors tab, click Bulk Delete.

Checkboxes will display to the left of the table (1), allowing you to select which items you would like to delete. You can also use the delete bar (2)above the table to delete all, delete only selected records, or click Cancel to close the bar.

NOTE: If you click Delete or Delete All, a pop-up modal will appear, confirming that you would like to delete the selected or all items.

Filter Updates
Updated the filter component on the Business Process Record, Data Inventory Record, Forms, and Business Process Templates list pages.

Filter Updates
Follow any of the navigation paths above, and then click the filter icon at the top of the list page.

A filter bar will display and you can click Applied Filters, triggering the filter menu to appear.

Once you select filters, you will see those filters added to the filter bar.

You can also save the filter by clicking Save as new and then giving it a name in the pop-up modal that displays.

You will find the saved filters under the Saved Filters tab and can edit or delete the filter.
