Add Sub-Processor to Controller & Processor Drop-Down Lists
Benefit
This update allows you to select the controller and processor role for any entity with this drop-down list as a “sub-processor”.

- Third Party Record
- Company Affiliate
- Primary Entity (Coming soon!)
- Business Process Records Owning Organizations & Contacts
Selecting a Record as a Sub-Processor
Navigate to the record, then click the Controller & Processor drop-down and select Sub-Processor.

If a Sub-Processor is added to the Contacts & Owning Organizations section of a Business Process Record, the Article 30 and Article 30 Processor reports will list those Sub-Processors within the “Processor” section of the report. See below.

Update Legal Basis of Processing Drop-Down List to Multi-Select
Benefit
You will have the ability to select multiple legal bases for each processing purpose added to the business process record.
Navigation
Data Inventory Hub > Business Process Record > Legal Basis tab
Update
1. Add a processing purpose to the business process record.

2. Navigate to the Legal Basis tab and select the Legal Basis drop-down menu.


The selected legal basis will be added to the Business Process Summary report.
