Configuring Consent Forms
Consent Forms are required before consent can be gathered via any channels. Once consent forms are created and published in CPM, the URL or javascript provided can be used to publish consent forms on your websites. Additionally, the URL provided can be used as “unsubscribe” links in the marketing emails sent to consumers. Consent Forms require that a brand, program, and data subject type should be set up first. Once these essential details are configured, you can now create a Consent Form.
