Creating a New Consent Form

To create a consent form, follow the steps below.

1. From the Consent & Preferences platform navigation panel, select Setup > Consent Form.
   
   

2. Click the Add New button.
   
   

3. The Add New Consent Form page allows you to create a consent form by filling in details in the following tabs: Details, Form Builder, Language, and Publish.

CPM has made it very easy for users to create a Consent Form. Each section of the Consent Form Builder is discussed in the next chapter of this guide.
