IRM allows assignees of the requests and admins to reopen closed requests. Due Date can be continued or can be started over. To do this, follow the steps outlined below.
NOTE: Only Admins and DPO can reopen a closed request.
- From the Requests page, select a request you wish to re-open by clicking the Request ID (1). You can use the Filter feature to navigate to a specific request. Click the Reopen (2) button to open the request.
- You can set a new due date for the request by clicking the Start a new due date from today checkbox. Click Reopen to begin reopening the closed request.
