IRM allows you to filter the request further by using the dropdown menu provided for each column. You can filter requests by:
Type of Request
Select a Type of Request from the drop-down menu. All requests for the selected type are displayed on the table.
Status
Select a Status from the drop-down menu. All requests for the selected status are displayed on the table.
Date Received
The Date Received drop-down menu displays the range of days when a request was received. All requests for the selected range of days are displayed on the table.
Selecting the Custom filter allows users to select a date range using a calendar picker while searching for requests.
Date Verified
The Date Verified drop-down menu displays the range of days when a request was verified. All requests for the selected range of days are displayed on the table.

Due In
Select a Due In days configuration from the drop-down menu. All requests for the selected days are displayed on the table.

Date Closed
The Date Closed drop-down menu displays the range of days when a request was closed. All requests for the selected range of days are displayed on the table.

Last Updated
The Last Updated drop-down menu displays the range of days when a request was last updated. All requests for the selected range of days are displayed on the table.

Labels
The Labels drop-down menu helps you select whether to filter requests that Contain labels and requests that Do not contain labels.
You can select one or more values in each field from the dropdown menu. The system populates the field value options from the label table for each Data Subject Request. When you select a label in the Contain labels field, the system automatically removes that label from the options in the Do not contain labels field, to avoid duplication in both inclusion and exclusion.
Resident Of
The Resident Of drop-down menu allows you to select a specific geographical location in the field provided.
Assignee
Select an Assignee from the drop-down menu. All requests assigned to a selected assignee are displayed on the table.
Data Subject Type
Select a Data Subject Type or multiple data subject types from the drop-down menu. All requests attributed to a selected data subject type(s) are displayed on the table.
Intake Forms
Select an Intake Form or multiple intake forms from the drop-down menu. All requests attributed to a selected intake form(s) are displayed on the table.
Language
The Language drop-down menu allows users to display the requests in the selected language.
