Requests can be viewed, filtered, and downloaded on the main page of IRM.
Currently the Requests main page displays the following fields, which can be customized according to your preference:
- RequestID – This is an IRM system-generated unique ID for each request.
- Type of Request – This is the Request Type as selected by the Data Subject.
- Request Type Display Name – This is the display name of the Request Type.
- Requestor – This is the name of the Data Subject as provided by the Data Subject in Intake Form.
- Resident of – This field indicates which country the Data Subject is a resident of.
- Assignee – This is the DPO or list of DPOs who are assigned to this Request based on Assignee configuration.
- Sub-status – This is the sub-status of the closed requests. A closed request can be in the following:
- Closed Rejected – The request was completed by clicking the Reject button.
- Closed Accepted – The request was completed by clicking the Accept button.
- Closed Expired – The request was closed due to unverified email.
- Identity Verification Failed – The request was closed when identity verification failed (e.g. IDology)
- Closed Limit Exceeded – A closed limit exceeded request is submitted when the limit of (number) request/s in (xx) month/s is reached.
- Manual Verification Failed – The request was closed by failing the manual verification when the manual verification is enabled.
- Close by Rule – The request is automatically closed when the auto close conditions are met after submission.
- Closed Imported – The request was imported in the portal at a closed status.
- Status – This is the current status of the request. A request can be in UNVERIFIED, IN PROGRESS, CLOSED, or DELETED.
- UNVERIFIED status means the email verification is still pending.
- IN PROGRESS status means the email verification is complete.
- CLOSED status means the request was fulfilled.
- DELETED status means the request was deleted.
- Labels – These help track the different events occurring on requests.
- Data Subject Type – Classification assigned to Data Subject.
- Date Received – This is the date when the request was received.
- Date Verified – This is the date when the identity of the Data Subject submitting the request was verified via email verification.
- Due In – This is the number of days in which the request needs to be completed.
- Date Closed – This displays the range of days when a request was closed.
- Extended – This displays whether the request has been extended or not.
- Source – This is the intake form name from which the request was created.
- Brand Name – This is the brand name as specified in the intake form.
- Email – This is the email of the Data Subject as provided by the Data Subject in Intake Form
- Completed Task – The number of completed tasks for that request.
Each of these fields can be enabled or disabled using the Configure Columns drop-down. Simply select the fields you wish to display on the page by clicking the checkboxes.
You can also change the default number of rows to display on one page by clicking the View 25 rows drop-down. You can set the page to view 25, 50, 75, 100, or 200 rows. Clicking Reset Filters sets all settings back to factory default.
NOTE: All user preferences set on the Request page are saved while the current session is still active.
