Managing Request Labels

Labels enable customers to easily track all events that have occured on a request. IRM automatically attaches the applicable label to the request based on the event that occurred. For example, when a user uploads an attachment to a request, an “Attachment uploaded” label will be added to the request. In addition, customers can also create and customize their own labels, assign them to requests, and search for requests based on the labels assigned. When a request is closed, all system labels that are automatically added to the request are removed. However, custom labels are retained.
