The Logs page shows user activity and data transfer through integration. This page provides critical information that could help understand and check for abnormal events and also help ensure that the application is working as expected. To navigate to the Logs page, go to Consent & Preferences > Setup > Logs. There are two tabs available for viewing on the Logs page.
NOTE: Only users with Admin privileges have access to the Logs page.
- Account Activities – This tab records all changes made to Consent Form, Data Subject Type, Brand, Program, Email Notifications, and Consent Validity Pages.
- Integration Transfers – This tab also provides a behind the scenes overview of your integrations and allows you to see data transfers triggered through enabled integrations and their results. This feature records the status of the run time migration of consents, whether Successful or Failed. This is useful in troubleshooting integration issues and it also provides users the ability to trigger manual retries for those with errors. CPM displays a Retried label in the Action column after the user retries the migration.
- Double Opt-In Notification Bounced Logs – This tab records the Double Opt-in email notifications sent to Data Subjects that bounced.
