You can search for integration logs using the Data Subject Type Identifier. You can select a Data Subject Type Identifier from a dropdown in the search criteria, where you can enter the identifier value. CPM then retrieves the associated logs from all integrations.
This feature supports the following integrations:
- CPM to 3rd Party Custom
- 3rd Party to CPM Custom
- Rapid API CPM to 3rd Party
- Rapid API 3rd Party to CPM
The ID column shows the number of Consent ID and Data Subject ID for CPM to 3rd Party batch integrations. You can click the number of IDs, CPM then displays the corresponding list of Consent IDs and Data Subject IDs.
NOTE: This feature is only applicable to new logs created after the CPM 2024.07.01 release. Integration transfers prior to this release are not yet searchable using the Data Subject Type Identifier value.
