Monitoring Double Opt-in Email Notifications

CPM enables admins to monitor the email notifications sent to Data Subjects in the Double Opt-In Notification Bounced Logs tab. 

The following information are displayed in the tab:

  • DS Email Address - This column displays the email address of the Data Subject who received the bounced email notification.
  • Status - This column indicates the status of the “Bounced” email notification. 
  • Reason - This column indicates the explanation why the email failed to deliver.
  • Date and Time - This column displays the date and time when the email notification bounced.

Admins can click the Retry button on each log to resend the DOI notification to the Data Subject individually or they can use the Retry Logs action to retry all logs in the current page. 

If the resend is successful, the icon dynamically changes to "Success." If the resend fails, the system creates a new log entry with the Retry icon enabled, and the previous entry is marked as "Retried."
