Exporting Failed Integration Logs

This feature enables users to export failed integration logs and provides them a convenient way to retrieve and analyze failed integration data. 

When users click the Export button, they can select from the following options:

  • All Failed Logs - Select to export all failed logs without any filter.
  • Filtered Failed Logs - Select to export filtered failed logs.

Then, the system will display an information window which informs users that the export will run in the background and will send the CSV report to the user’s email address. Note that the system can only export a maximum of 50,000 logs.

If the user clicks the Proceed button in the information window, the system will display either a success toast message to inform the user that they will receive the report in their email address, or an error message to inform them of any issues encountered during the download process. 

When users execute the export, the system exports the log into a CSV file then sends it to the user. The CSV file contains the following columns:

  • Source of Integration
  • Type
  • ID
  • Message
  • Status
  • Date Processed
  • Action
