Feature Details
BP Form supports editing existing inventory records
When sending a BP Form, you can now allow questionnaire assignees the ability to edit existing inventory records that have been selected in the Form Questionnaire. This will also allow for editing of owning inventory records.
1. Click the Send button in the BP Form and then select the “Allow assignees to edit systems or owning inventory records” checkbox.
2. From the System Selection page in the Questionnaire sent to the assignee, click the Edit icon.
3. Make changes, and then click Save.
Note: You can also make changes to the owning entity (ie. Third Party Vendor record or Company Affiliate Record). Click Edit Identity, make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
BP Form supports tags
Tag groups associated with BP Records will now show in the Tags tab when setting up the BP form.
- Tags section can be hidden or shown
- Individual Tag questions can be hidden or shown
- Tag questions and descriptions can be added

The Tag section will show up in the Questionnaire:

BP Form supports side navigation of system records
BP Form Editor now has a side navigation for Systems under System Selection and Build Data Flow to more easily move between systems.

BP form owner assignment
When a Business Process Form Owner has been assigned, they will now receive an assignment email to alert them that they have been made the owner of the Form.
Form owners are responsible for Approving forms (if they require approval to create the BP Record), or “Completing” the form to indicate that no further submissions can be made via the questionnaire.

BP Form remove access to questionnaire capability
After a form has been sent, if access to the questionnaire should be removed to an assignee, you can now click the Resend button in the Form Editor.

You can then remove the assignee from the Send Questionnaire modal and then click Save.

Custom data subject volume ranges
For the System Record, “Volume of Data Subject Records” dropdown, and the Business Process, “Range of People Involved” dropdown field, it is now possible to create additional custom ranges.
This can be useful if your organization has different data subject ranges. For example, you may have a range of 1 million to 5 million data subjects.
From the left navigation panel, go to Data Inventory Hub > Settings > Data Subject Ranges.

Hide existing ranges or unlink records
For existing ranges, you can hide these ranges from appearing in the Inventory Records if no inventory records are using these ranges by using the “Hide” action icon.

It is also possible to unlink existing records from using these ranges using the “Unlink” action icon.
Caution: This will remove the selected range value in the existing inventory records so you will need to reselect the value in the records after the value has been cleared/unlinked.
Add new custom ranges
Click the Add New button and then add your custom range. Ranges can overlap other ranges. If the range is in a “Shown” state, it will be visible as an option in the inventory records.
High Risk – If set to “True”, then selecting this range in the inventory record will increase the rule risk for that inventory record.
