BP Records – Counts on Comments and Notes
When adding Comments or Notes, a count indicator will now be visible.

BP Records – Selecting Multiple Data Subjects At Once in a System on a Business Process Record
When adding Data Subjects on a System for a Business Process Record, you can now select multiple data subjects at once for one or more locations instead of just one data subject at a time.
After you have added your first data subject, click Add More Data Subjects to add one or more data subjects, and then click Add.

BP Form – Questionnaire Invitation Link
Questionnaire invitation link can be enabled and a link can be shared with users which will allow them to self-register as assignees to the Questionnaire.
Business Process Form owners can simply send the invitation link to a group of people and then they can add themselves to the questionnaire. This can save time instead of manually assigning users one at a time to a questionnaire.

Once a user adds themselves to the questionnaire, they will receive a personalized link to the questionnaire.

Integration with Organizational Hierarchy
It is now possible to designate a Department or Business Unit from Organizational Hierarchy as an Owner for Hub records such as a System Record and Business Process Record.
This can be helpful as one can organize Hub records under certain departments or Business units. For example, Business Process Records related to employee onboarding and recruiting can be owned by the HR department. Using filtering under the list page, it is then possible to view all the records related to that department.
Business Process Records
Note: When a Business Unit or Department is selected as an owning entity of a Business Process Record, and is the Primary Owner, then the name of the Primary Entity Record will be used as the Reporting Organization in the Article 30 report, and the Company Entity for the Business Process Summary Report.
