Feature Details
BP Form – Change indicator
Business Process Form Owners can go into the form editor and see an orange dot to identify which sections or questions have had changes made to the answers by an assignee since when the form was sent out.
This can be useful to determine which sections/questions have not been completed for new Business Process Record creation, and will also be helpful to differentiate between new answers made on questions once we start supporting Business Process Forms for existing Business Process Records versus existing answers from that record.

BP Form – Force “System Users” to log in to access Questionnaire
System Users assigned to a Questionnaire will now need to login to access a BP Form / Questionnaire assigned to them.
This will allow administrators a quick way to remove access to those Forms if a user is deactivated in the Platform.
Non-System users will continue to not need a user account in the platform and simply need to click the link in their email.
For Non-System users, BP Form owners and administrators will need to remove those assignees manually by clicking the “Resend” button in the Form editor if they want to remove access to these Non-System users.
