New system records hidden until form is approved when creating from Form
For BP Forms that require approval, when an assignee creates a new system inventory record from the form, the system will not be immediately available in the Data Inventory List page. The Form owner can first review if the system record looks accurate and then once the form is approved, the new system record will be available in Hub.
In Form editor, look out for systems marked in Green to indicate they are new systems that need review.
When using a form that does not require approval, the system inventory record will be created immediately in the inventory and no approval is necessary.

When replying to a comment, the system will automatically @ mention original commenter
When replying to a comment in a Hub BP record or form, Hub will automatically @ mention the original commenter. This way, the original commenter will receive an email alert for the response.

Improve button to create new system from Form
Changed from an “Add system” link at the bottom of the dropdown to a button called “Create New System” to make it easier to find.

Improved selection of Data Subjects and Recipients for Business Processes using Template Type 3
For Type 3 Business process records, adding data subjects/recipients will provide the same capability to select multiple subjects/recipients with the same set of locations.

New filter options
The following two new filter options are now available on the Data Inventory page:
- Created Date
- Updated Date

This filter option is available on the Business Process Forms page:
