Feature Details
Multiple Form owners can be added to BP forms
Form owners have additional access to modify the configuration of the form as well as approve or complete it.
With this release, it will be possible to assign more than one owner to a form.

BP Form activity log details added
Activity Log details now include information on the form such as:
- Who viewed the form
- Who changed configuration settings of the form such as a section or question being hidden
- When an email is sent to a user when the form is sent
- When status of the form is changed such as when the form is approved

“Last Updated By” and “Last Updated” columns should reflect changes made by a user
The “Last Updated By” and “Last Updated” (Datetime) column going forward will only reflect changes made by users. Changes made by System/Integration user related to a change in risk calculation by the system or a migration from Assessment manager will no longer be reflected in this column.

Review tab changed to Legal Basis in BP Record
The Review tab in a Business Process record has been changed to Legal Basis to align with Forms and simplify the process.

Bug Fix: Locations added to a Data Subject in a Business Process will automatically be added in Build Data Flow
If locations are changed for Data Subject on a system that is adding to a Business process, those changes will now reflect for that data Subject in Build Data Flow, instead of manually having to adjust locations there as well.

Bug Fix: Data Elements added to a system in a Business Process will automatically be added in Build Data Flow
If Data Elements are added on a system in a Business Process (System Selection step), those changes will now automatically reflect on the mappings in Build Data Flow, instead of manually having to add the data elements.
If a mapping like Data Subject is customized in Build Data Flow, then additional changes in System Selection to Data elements will not automatically reflect. User will need to then manually add those Data elements in Build Data Flow for that data subject.
