Feature Details
Confirmation to add Data Elements and Processing Purposes to Build Data Flow
When adding Data Elements or Processing Purposes on a Business Process, users will now be given the opportunity to automatically apply those changes to the data flows for that system under Build Data Flow using a confirmation window.
This will save time from having to apply those same Data Elements or Processing Purposes a second time under Build Data Flow.

Moving Form Sections in a Different Order
It is now possible to reorder the sections in a Business Process Form.
For example, one can move the Security & Retention section to be the first section if questions there need to be answered first.
Select and drag the section in the Form Editor.

Section will show moved in Form sent to Assignees.

Removing Locations of Systems in Build Data Flow
One can now remove location nodes in Build Data Flow in a Business Process. This will remove that location as a hosting location in System Selection.

Added “Created Date” and “Last Updated” to Hub List Pages
Added “Created Date” and “Last Updated” columns to Data Inventory list page, Business Process List page, Business Process Forms and Templates list pages. One can use “Configure Columns” to enable these columns.
