Feature Details
Smart URL support for Non-System Users
When generating a smart URL for a BP Form, it will now be possible to configure support for both System and Non-System user’s. This means a non-system user without a user account in the TrustArc platform will be able to create a Business Process record using a form.
Configuring access for non-system users/guests
Set the dropdown to “System & Non-System Users”.

Steps to sign-in as guest
1. When accessing the Smart-URL, you will be able to “Sign In” as a System user, or “Continue as Guest” as a Non-System user.
2. As a guest, you will need to provide your Full Name and Email.
3. A pin number will be sent to your email which you will enter to access the Form.

Then as a Guest or Non-System user you will be able to enter in the name of the Business Process Record you want to create and you will be taken to the form.

Ability to Change Type 2 to Type 1 BP Record
For customers who would like to change their BP records from template type 2 to template type 1, please contact support@trustarc.com and they can assist you. We now have an internal process that we can use to do this. Note that for this to work, it will be configured on the BP template level, which means that all BP records associated with that template will be switched from type 2 to type 1. This would also be an irreversible action.
Add Rich Text Editor to Editable Description Field
Users will be able to now add rich text to the description fields within Forms, Business Process Record Custom Question page, Business Process Template , Business Process Record-Custom Questions and the Business Process Questionnaire.
The rich text editor allows users to bold, underline, italicize, bullet, number and hyperlink text, as shown in the example below.
