Feature Details
Add links to business processes and forms
In addition to adding attachments, one can also include links to reference any material related to the processing activity.
1. In the upper-right corner of the business process record’s page, click the “Attachments & Links” icon (1).
2. From the Attachments & Links modal, go to the Links tab (2), and then click Add Links (3).
3. Enter the URL and name of the website, and then click Add.
4. Click to open the added link in a new browser tab.
Existing comments can now only be deleted or edited by the original commenter
Unless you are the original commenter or an administrative user, it is now no longer possible to delete or edit existing comments. You will now only see a Reply icon, unless it is your comment, in which case you will be able to edit or delete it as well.

Form Send Email Activity Log
In the Form Activity Log, we will now show a successful or failure message for when the form has been sent from our mail server. This will support customers in troubleshooting where their end users have not received an action email.
1. When a form email is successfully sent from our AWS mail server, a message like the following will appear in the activity log:
Successfully delivered [email] to [name <email>].
2. When a form email fails to deliver, a new activity log entry should appear like the following with a reason from our AWS mail server:
Received delivery failure of [email] to [name <email>]. Reason: [reason from AWS]

Invite Collaborator and Copy Link capability added
One can now Invite Collaborators from Business Process records, as well as copy the link for an inventory record.

Business Process Forms List Page Selections Retained When Paginating
When selecting forms from the Forms list page (selecting checkboxes), the selections are retained when going to another paginated page.
