Accessing additional applications

Overview

If you are an existing user and have been granted access to an additional application or module, no new activation is required. Your existing credentials give you access to the new application immediately.

This article explains how to access a newly added application from within your existing TrustArc session.

What you can do
Access a newly provisioned application without a separate activation
Switch between applications directly from the left navigation
Prerequisites
An active TrustArc account with at least one existing application
The additional application or module provisioned to your user account by your administrator
Accessing Additional Applications

To access a newly added application, follow these steps:

Log in to your existing application URL — for example, https://assess.truste.com for Assessment Manager.

On the left side of the page, look for the new icon for the application that was added to your account — for example, Data Mapping & Risk Manager.

Hover over the icon to access the application.

📋 Tip: Click the Expand/Collapse button in the top-left corner of the page to see the name of each application next to its icon.

To switch back to a previous application or module, follow the same steps from the left navigation.
