Overview
When you are provisioned access to the TrustArc Data Privacy Management platform for the first time, you will receive an activation email. This article walks you through activating your account and signing in to the appropriate product.
What you can do

your TrustArc account using the provisioning email
✓Recover
access if the activation email has expired
Prerequisites
✓A
TrustArc account provisioned by your administrator
✓Access
to the email address associated with your account
Setting Up Your Account
To set up a new user account, follow these steps:

Check your inbox for the TrustArc account activation email
and follow the link to activate your account.
⚠️ Note: The activation email expires within
24 hours. If you do not activate within this window, continue
to Step 2.
📋 Note: The password
reset email expires within one hour.

Follow the password reset link sent to your email. Completing
this step also activates your account.

If the password reset email also expires before you act on
it, repeat Step 2.

Once your account is active, navigate to your product using
the appropriate URL:
