Delete a Conditional Task Template

To delete a Conditional Task Template, follow these steps:

1. Under the Conditional Task Templates tab, select a task you wish to delete.
   
   
2. Hover your mouse over to the selected Task Template and click the Delete button.
   
   

3. Click the Delete button to delete the logo permanently. Once deleted, the Conditional Task Template can no longer be used by any associated intake form.
