Tasks can be created in many ways both manually and automatically for a request. Manually, tasks can be created in the request itself using the + button in Tasks and Systems tabs in the request. Tasks can be created automatically using Task Conditions and using the Data Mapping & Risk Manager integration. The Tasks Templates tab under Admin allows admins to set task conditions to create tasks automatically for a request.
Tasks can be used to do any work related to the request such as updating IT systems, accessing information from IT Systems, reminder to communicate with Data Subject, etc.
Tasks can be automatically created using task conditions.
