To create conditional task templates, follow the steps outlined below.
- Under the Conditional Task Templates, click Add new conditional task template.
NOTE: If Automatically create tasks based on these templates checkbox is selected, then when a request is created all the conditions are checked against request data and tasks are created using any condition matching the request data.
- Select the Request Type, Data Subject Type, Resident Of, and Intake Form Name in the fields provided. In addition, any ‘select’ (drop down) form field in the intake form can also be added as a condition provided only one intake form is selected in the intake form name.
- Click Add > Single Task Template then select a template from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save to add the new template. The template is listed under Conditional Task Templates tab.
