Tracking Email Notifications

Sent email notifications can be viewed in the Email section of the Consent Details page showing a complete history of all emails sent to the Data Subject, including timestamps, event type, and delivery status.

Changes to the email notification settings are recorded in the Logs > Account Activities.

Each entry includes:

  • Action
  • Message
  • Initiated By
  • Date Processed

If an email cannot be delivered, the failure is recorded in the Email Notification Bounced Logs.
