The Email Notifications section on the Settings page controls whether email notifications are sent to Data Subjects (DS) for the following consent-related events in Consent & Preference Manager (CPM):
- Send Email Notification Upon Consent Creation
Sends an email when a new consent record is created. - Send Notification Upon All Opt-in Is Detected
Sends an email when a Data Subject opts in to all options. - Send Notification Upon All Opt-out Is Detected
Sends an email when a Data Subject opts out of all options. - Send Notification Upon Partial Opt-in/Out Is Detected
Sends an email when a Data Subject partially opts in or opts out. - Send Notification Upon Consent Expiry
Sends an email when a consent record expires.
By default, all these options are disabled.
