All email notifications are sent to the email address configured in the Email Notifications section of the Control tab.
- Go to Consent Forms > Control tab.
- In the Email Recipient dropdown, select an email recipient from the list.
- Click Save or Save and Exit to save your changes.
NOTE: Only email form fields set as Required are listed as options under the Email Recipient dropdown. If there are no email fields set as required in the Form Builder, the Email Recipient dropdown and the checkboxes to (1) allow editing of consent preferences in the double opt-in email notification, and to (2) not send double opt-in e-mail reminder for subsequent Opt-ins, are all disabled.
