Deleting a Data Recipient

Overview

In the Data Mapping & Risk Manager (DMRM), you can permanently delete data recipients that are no longer needed. If a data recipient is linked to an existing business process or system record, a confirmation dialog appears before the deletion is finalized.

Deleting a Data Recipient

To delete a data recipient, follow these steps:

In the left navigation panel, hover over the Data Mapping & Risk Manager icon, and then navigate to Settings > Data Recipients.

To the right of the data recipient record you want to delete, click the context menu icon, and then select Delete.

If the data recipient is linked to a business process or system record, a confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete to confirm.

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, the data recipient is permanently removed and will no longer be available for selection in data recipient dropdown lists across the platform.
