Large organizations can have thousands of assessments created by different people for various purposes at different times. Assessment Manager provides rich capabilities for navigating and filtering assessments to find exactly what you need.
To navigate assessments, hover the mouse over the Assessment Manager icon (1) on the left side of the page, and then select Assessments (2).
Use the Open and Approved pre-configured filters (8) in the top navigation bar to quickly limit the list to assessments in those states.
The Archive section (9) in the left-hand bar shows deleted assessments. When you delete an assessment, the system automatically archives its content as a .pdf file and makes it available for download from the Archive section.
Click the ellipsis button (10) to the right of an archived assessment record to download its .pdf file or permanently delete it from the archive. For more information, see Deleting Assessments.
