Overview

The filter area (1) lets you filter the Assessments list by Published or Last Modified Date, Record Type, Template, or Status.

Date and By Published Date Filter Fields
Date and By Published Date filter fields

The Date and By: Published Date fields work together. Select a predefined period in the Date field, then use the By: Published Date field to specify whether to filter by when assessments were created or last modified during that period. Available periods are: All Time, Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date, Six Months-to-Date, Year-to-Date, or Custom Range. Custom Range lets you define any date range you need.

The Template filter lets you limit the Assessments list to only those based on one or more specific templates. This is especially useful when you want to see assessments of a particular type.

📋 Note: After selecting one or more values in any filter field, a Clear selected items link appears at the top of that field. Click it to reset the field.

The Status filter lets you filter assessments by their current status. For more information about the different assessment statuses and their meanings, see Assessment States and Understanding the "Default, with Acceptance" Workflow.

Other Filter Fields

Clicking the More link reveals additional filter fields:

Asset — Filters assessments by associated asset. Requires the Data Inventory feature to be enabled in your account in order to associate assessments with assets.
Created By, Approver, Owner, Respondent — Filter assessments by the assessment creator, approver(s), assessment owner, or respondent(s). Most of these roles are assigned on the Create New Assessment page. See Assessment Roles for more information.
Label — Filters the list to only show assessments with at least one of the specified labels. Labels can be assigned manually on the Create New Assessment page, or automatically by the system based on respondents' answers as configured in the assessment template. See Using Assessment Labels for more information.
Saving Filters for Quick Use

Configuring complex filter criteria can be time-consuming. To save a frequently used filter for one-click access, click the Save Filter button that appears in the top-middle area of the page as soon as you apply at least one filter criterion.
