Downloading a Report from the Archive Section

Before an assessment is deleted, the system automatically generates a PDF archive of the information in that assessment. This is the same PDF you receive when clicking the Download Report button on the Assessment page.

PDF archives of all deleted assessments are available for download from the Archive section. Navigate to the Assessments page, and then click Archive (5) in the left-hand bar to view the archives.

Clicking a particular archive opens a right-hand panel from which you can download the PDF (6) of the deleted assessment's information or permanently delete the archive (7).

Locking Assessments from Deletion

When creating a new assessment, you can prevent it from being deleted by going to Advanced Settings and setting the Allow assessment to be deleted option to No.

When set to No, all attempts to delete the assessment will fail until you return to the Edit Assessment page and set the option back to Yes.

⚠ Note: Once all respondents submit their answers and the assessment moves to the Survey Complete state, it is no longer possible to return to the Edit Assessment page and set Allow assessment to be deleted back to Yes. To delete such an assessment, contact the TrustArc support team at support@trustarc.com.
