Retaining attachments in the system – Attachments uploaded to IRM contain privacy information. IRM provides admins to set up a number of days to keep the attachments in the system after request is completed. The number of days can be set to a minimum of 1 day up to a maximum of 84 months (7 years). Default retention period for attachments is 30 days.
