Attachment download link expiration – When requests are completed, Data Subjects receive a link to download any attachments applicable to their requests. This link expires within a certain number of days.
Verification link expiration – If email verification is enabled, Data Subjects receive a link in email to verify the email provided in the request. This link expires within a certain number of days.
BCC email – Admins can set a bcc email address to which all Data Subject communications are forwarded for auditing purposes. TrustArc recommends this be an Inbox that doesn’t belong to anyone but is set up for this particular purpose.
Support Email – Admins can set up support email that is used in emails sent to Data subjects.
Privacy Policy URL – Admins can set up a privacy policy link for the customer that is used in Intake forms and also in emails to Data Subjects.
Enable System Labels – This provides users the ability to enable or disable the system labels added to the requests. By default, the checkbox is enabled for all existing users.
