The TrustArc Dashboard includes four Risk Profile widgets that give you a visual summary of your organization's inherent and residual risk posture across record types. Each widget focuses on a different dimension of risk — from averages and high-risk factors through to assessment progress.
This article describes what each widget displays and how to interact with it.
What you can do

This chart displays the average inherent and residual risk for each record type.

The chart supports the following interactions:
You can view an aggregate of both Business Process and Data
Inventory records in the same chart.
Hovering over a
circle-shaped point
on the heat map displays additional details about the inherent
risk — including the inherent risk averages and the number
of risk evaluations completed.
Hovering over a
square-shaped point
on the heat map displays additional details about the residual
risk — including the residual risk averages and the number
of assessments completed.
To download the chart as a .jpeg file, click the
ellipsis menu in the upper-right corner of the widget and
select Download as Image.
To configure what is included in the chart, click the ellipsis
menu and select Configure.
From there you can choose to exclude:
•TrustArc-calculated inherent risk scores
— only user-selected inherent risk scores will be used.
•Records missing a risk score for either field
— only records with both an inherent and a residual risk
score will be included.
High Risk Factors
This chart displays the total number of high risk factors globally (1) and by region across all record types. High risk factors cover the following categories:

To drill down into a specific region, click the region name (2) in the chart. The total number of high risk factors in that region is shown, broken down by country (3). Only countries in that region that have been identified as hosting locations are included.

Residual Risk Level per Record Type
This chart displays the number or percentage of records per residual risk level for each record type.
To switch the chart from counts to percentages, click Show Percentages (1) in the upper-right corner of the widget.
Hover over any bar in the chart (2) to see which records fall into each risk level (Low, Medium, or High). You can also use the color indicators (3) in the lower-left corner of the chart as a reference.

Risk Management Assessment Progress
This chart displays, for each record type, the total number of:
•Records
that have an associated assessment
•Assessments
in an Approved state
•Completed
tasks
For example, the screenshot below shows 152 Business Process records, with 7 assessments approved and 10 of 820 tasks completed.
