Downloading Multiple Risk Reports from the Listing Pages

Overview

Data Mapping & Risk Manager allows you to download Risk Reports and Data Transfer Risk Reports for multiple records at once directly from the Business Processes or Data Inventory list page.

This article explains how to select multiple records and trigger a bulk report download.

What you can do
✓Download Risk Reports for multiple records in a single action
✓Download Data Transfer Risk Reports for multiple records in a single action
Prerequisites
✓Active TrustArc account with Data Mapping & Risk Manager access
✓At least two records with a completed risk assessment
Downloading Risk Reports in Bulk

To download risk reports for multiple records at once, follow these steps:

From the Business Processes or Data Inventory list page, select two or more records.

In the top-right corner of the page, click the Download button, then select Risk Report or Data Transfer Risk Report.

📋 Notes

If some of the selected records do not have a risk report available, a confirmation modal appears listing the unavailable records and gives you the option to continue downloading only the available reports.

If all selected records have reports available, the system sends the reports to your email or notification inbox.

If none of the selected records have a report available, the following message is displayed: "The selected records don't have Risk Report/Data Transfer Risk Report available for download."
