Approving/Completing the Business Process Form

Approving the Business Process Form

If an approval process is needed before the business process record is created, then you need to click the Approve button after reviewing the completed questionnaire.

To do that:

1. Go to the Business Process Forms page.



2. To the right of the business process form record, under the Action column, click the Edit icon (1).



NOTE: After the assignee has successfully submitted the business process form, the status of the form changes from Sent to Review (2). And after the form is approved, the status will change from Review to Complete.

3. After reviewing the completed questionnaire, click the Approve button (3).



NOTE: The business process record will not appear in the Business Processes page until the form is approved. 

Completing the Business Process Form

If the business process  form requires no approval, the business process record is created immediately and becomes available in the Business Processes page, but only after reviewing and clicking the Complete button.

To complete the business process form:

1. Go to the Business Process Forms page.

2. To the right of the BP Form, under the Action column, click the Edit icon (1).



NOTE: After the assignee has successfully submitted the business process form, the status of the form will change from Sent to Review (2). And after the form is completed, the status will change from Review to Complete.

3. After reviewing the completed questionnaire, click the Complete button.



NOTE: The business process record will not appear in the Business Processes page until the form is completed.
