If an approval process is required before a business process record is created, you must click the Approve button after reviewing the completed questionnaire.

Go to the Business Process Forms page.

In the Action column to the right of the form record, click the Edit icon (1).
📋 Note: After the assignee submits the form, the status changes from Sent to Review (2). After the form is approved, the status changes from Review to Complete.

After reviewing the completed questionnaire, click the Approve button (3).
📋 Note: The business process record will not appear on the Business Processes page until the form is approved.
Completing the Business Process Form
If no approval is required, the business process record is created immediately and appears on the Business Processes page — but only after you review and click the Complete button.
