Enabling the Questionnaire Invitation Link

The questionnaire invitation link allows users to self-register as assignees. As a business process form owner, you can send a single link to a group of people and let them add themselves to the questionnaire — saving time compared to manually assigning users one at a time.

In the Send Questionnaire modal, enable the Questionnaire invitation link setting before clicking Send.

Once users add themselves to the questionnaire, they receive a personalized link.

Enabling Comments, Attachments, and Notes

In the Send Questionnaire modal, enable the following settings before sending the form.

Comments — Allows assignees to leave comments with attachments in the questionnaire. Comments from existing business process records are visible.
Attachments — Allows assignees to leave attachments in the questionnaire. Attachments from existing business process records are visible.
Notes — Allows assignees to leave notes in the questionnaire. Notes from existing business process records are visible.

When enabled, assignees can collaborate with each other and with the BP Form owner using @ mentions. For example, a Privacy Officer could use this to ask a Business Process owner or Subject Matter Expert to clarify an answer or send a reminder. Assignees can respond by @ mentioning the form owner in return.
