Creating System Inventory Records from a Business Process Form

Overview

Assignees on a BP Form questionnaire can create System Inventory records directly within the questionnaire. They can also create owner records for those systems, such as a Third Party or Company Affiliate record.

Enabling the Setting

When sending the form, enable the Create system or owner inventory records checkbox in the Send Questionnaire modal. This setting applies to all assignees on the form.
