Creating a Third-Party Record Using AI
To create a third-party record using AI, follow these steps:

From the left side of the page, hover over the Data Mapping & Risk Manager icon, then navigate to Data Inventory > Third Party Records tab.

In the top-right corner, click Add New , then select AI Record Creation .
The AI Record Creation modal appears.

Click Add Record Name 1 , then do the following:
→ Enter the third-party record name 2 . To search for multiple records at once, click Add Record Name again to add more entries.
→ Confirm that the Record Type is set to Third Party 3 .
→ Click Search Records 4 . The AI will begin fetching data for the record.
📋 Tip: To create multiple third-party and system records at once, click Import CSV instead of adding records manually.

Once data has been found for the record, click the View button to its right.

In the AI Search Found Data modal, select the fields you want to use for the record, then click the Close (X) button 5 to close it.

The new record appears at the top of the Third Party Records list. Click the record name to open it.
The system redirects you to the Details tab of the record.
