Completing the Details tab of the System Record using the AI Autofill Search feature

Overview

The AI Autofill Search feature uses artificial intelligence to automatically fetch and populate details for a system record. Once you enter a system name, the feature retrieves relevant data and lets you select which fields to auto-populate — saving time and reducing manual data entry.

This article explains how to use the AI Autofill Search feature to complete the Details tab of a system record.

What you can do

✓Trigger an AI-powered search to automatically retrieve system details

✓Select which fields to auto-populate from the fetched data

Prerequisites

✓Active TrustArc account with Data Inventory access

✓A system record in progress with a system name already entered on the Details tab

Using the AI Autofill Search Feature

To complete the Details tab using AI Autofill Search, follow these steps:

After entering the system name, click AI Autofill Search.

The Autofill Data modal appears, showing the data fetched by AI Search.

Select the fields you want to auto-populate, and then click Autofill Now. All fields are selected by default.
