The Notifications Summary page displays a summary of notifications sent to you by any microservice on the TrustArc platform or by the internal administrator. In the Notifications page, you can review all your notifications in one place, so you can quickly and efficiently stay up-to-date on the latest events.
Filtering Notifications
The basic Filter option allows you to view specific notifications in the Alerts portal, while hiding the other notifications. The displayed notification may be filtered by Type, Application Name, and Status. To do this, simply select the filter options available (1) and click Apply Filters (2).
You can also add or remove available filter options by clicking More Filters.
Searching a Notification
Another quick way to filter a specific notification is through the Search field. This allows you to search for notification messages by simply typing a keyword or phrase.
In the example below, typing “alert notification” in the Search field displays all notifications containing the specific keyword.
