The Alerts Notifications is an application designed to broadcast announcements, reminders, or any actionable notification to users within the TrustArc platform. It stores and sends notifications created within the TrustArc platform or by the internal admin. When a notification is sent, users are notified through the bell notification icon on the upper-right corner of the page (1).
To navigate to Alerts Notifications, select Alerts on the navigation panel and click Notifications (2).
Features
The key features of the Alerts Notifications are the following:
- Bell Notification Icon – this is a small bell prompt widget located at the upper-right corner of the page. Users can click the bell icon to view all notifications.
- Notifications Summary Page– this page allows for viewing and filtering of received messages. .
